If you take the self-tests and/or respond to the reflection questions in the modules or the application questions in the case studies, your individual responses, and any information that we may derive from our tracking of student progress through this program, will be kept confidential, except in so far as we may compile aggregated data for reporting purposes. Your answers will be completely anonymous. Neither your state judicial educator nor the National Judicial Education Program will be able to associate your username to your answers. NJEP may will collect the your anonymous narrative answers to reflection questions to update the recommendations in the Developing Issues section of the site.
