Law Fellow
Legal Momentum seeks a recent law grad with a demonstrated commitment to civil rights and gender equality for a one-year legal fellowship. The Law Fellow will work with members of the Legal Department to advance laws and policies that promote expanded protections for victims of gender-based violence and equality in the workplace and schools by engaging in impact litigation, legislative advocacy, and training initiatives. The Law Fellow will also contribute to the development of Know-Your-Rights resources and materials as well as blogs, social media postings, op-eds and other mediums for communicating about our work.

Internships and Fellowships
Legal Internship Program
We offer internships to current students enrolled in law school. Legal Interns assist with legal research, prospective client interviews, drafting pleadings, and other aspects of litigation, in addition to supporting the development of public education and policy advocacy materials on a range of women's rights legal issues. Positions are available in our New York City offices. Legal internships are generally unpaid and students are expected to have funding from their schools, or to be enrolled in a course which awards academic credit for the internship experience. Internship applications are accepted for the fall, spring, and summer terms.
